Citizen checks all the boxes. Food, drinks, vibes, and service. You can't go wrong with any of the food stalls. My favorites are the Japanese hand rolls. Super fresh and you can build your own. Pretty novel concept. The ingredients came in a bento box similar to ones you'd get from Sugarfish. The tomato bang bang noodles were also very good. Another standout were the onion rings from the burger stand. Fried to perfection. Light and crispy. Not oily at all. They even have a cute rooftop with both indoor and outdoor space. The one mezcal drink we got was delicious. The bartender was very sweet and offered my daughter a piece of candied orange for letting mommy have a drink with her friend. What a charming spot for locals and visitors to hangout.

If you are in the Culver City area or live nearby, this is a nice little hangout spot for you and friends. This is not as big as your Grand Central Market or Rodeo 39 but still nice! There is a good variety of options to choose from depending on what you are in the mood for to eat. It seems right now that there are multiple projects/construction going on to improve the place. It wasn't as busy here during lunch time on a Saturday but I can see how this place could get extremely busy. I believe this place is still on the newer side and I hope that they get some new popular places to help it continue to grow! Note: This place is not dog friendly. Parking can be found on the street (metered - read carefully)or across the street for paid parking.

What a lucky find to stumble upon this place in Culver City last night. It's a dense labyrinth of a food hall behind one grand single entrance. It's a food hall. If you're not familiar...like a homegrown, higher-end food court without a mall. Someone said a "mini Grand Central Market" and that's a good comparison. (Grand Central without the produce and grocery items). The choices were great, it looked like a few places had closed or not opened yet. What WAS there was amazing. I ended up getting spicy garlic Szechuan noodles from BANG BANG (so I gotta write their review next). I'm guessing I got lucky, visiting at 5pm on a Thursday, I had my pick of tables. I had fun exploring all the nooks and crannies: outside seating, the tall tables, short tables, upstairs rooftop bar and tables. I love the space in general. Fun to explore, comfortable, ample and clean bathrooms. I'm excited to come back with my family and try it again.

Love this spot!!! This reminds me of a mini version of grand central market (located DTLA). I've lived near by for so long and I had no idea about this place. They have sushi, noodles, chicken sandwiches, pizza, burgers and a few other spots that look delicious. We went and had the pizza there which was SUPER GOOD! I can't wait to go back and try some of the other restaurants. There is also a bar upstairs that has comedy shows and other events but we didn't stay for that. Inside can feel a little cramped, especially if it's packed (like a weekend) but there were decent amount of seats inside and outside. I highly recommend you go here when you are with a group so people can get what they want but you can all still sit together.
